Introduction and briefing

To understand what you want to achieve and reassure you that we can deliver it.

Step 1

Pre-Build

Introduce you to professionals to fit the brief. Some jobs won’t require a fully-fledged architect, others will. We have all the professional services you could require including structural engineers, planning consultants, party wall surveyors and building control specialists. We will tailor a package of excellent professionals for your needs and budget.

Step 2

Tender process

We’ll work with the assembled team to produce a detailed tender pack for the builders to quote from. It is imperative to have such a pack in order to obtain accurate comparative quotes.

Step 3

Builder appointment

We’ll introduce you to a number of our teams (depending on size of project), who are specifically chosen to deliver your brief. It’s important that you meet and like the team that will be working on your house and we encourage a relationship from the onset.

Step 4

Project commencement

From this point we’ll be working to deliver the project on time and budget. With the project management service we will be overseeing the process very closely, assessing how to maintain the smooth flow of the project. We’ll update you daily with pictures from site along with a summary of progress.

Step 5

Co-ordination of all materials and suppliers

We’ll be working with you to purchase materials (securing trade discounts for you) and co-ordinating logistics to make sure items are on site when they need to be. We’ll take care of all 3rd party requirements, air conditioning, audio visual, security – or anything else that is needed for the project.

Step 6

Overall logistics

We’ll be maintaining progress using our bespoke programming methods. We’ll maintain a daily record of costs and payments so that at any time you can get a clear picture of where you are in terms of timing and finance.

Step 7

Completion and Sign off

We’ll ensure that the program is fulfilled to the quality required. We’ll oversee any snagging issues and hand over the keys when the job is completed.
