Fees

We have two forms of fee generation as a business:

1. We are given an introductory fee from our building teams for any jobs that are commisioned. This fee comes directly from the builder and is therefore not a cost to the client

2. On jobs with a value of more than £50,000, we charge 12% of the gross total of the job (+VAT) for our project management role. For smaller jobs we will discuss with you a fair fee for project management
